Youngstown, OH – June 16, 2025 — Broadband Hospitality (BBH), a leading provider of unified technology solutions for the hospitality industry, today announced a partnership with Kiotel, a provider of innovative remote “guest service agent” services via the deployment of assisted guest service kiosks in the hotel and resort industries. Within the context of the hospitality channel partnership BBH will sell the Kiotel service, install the Kiotel kiosks, and provide 24x7x365 technical support to ensure maximum availability for guests at hotels that elect to deploy the Kiotel solution.

The partnership was announced at the 2025 Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC®), the world’s largest, longest-running hospitality technology event, held this year at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis June 16-19.  The Kiotel solution is being demonstrated in the BBH booth #811.

Broadband Hospitality & Kiotel Partnership expands BBH’s emerging “back-of-house” device support footprint while marking another milestone in BBH’s ongoing mission to expand the breadth of its best-in-class technology services and support the company offers to hotels across the country.

Under the agreement, hotels can contract for any of the three Kiotel plans (1 shift per day, 2 shifts per day, or 24/7 coverage.)  “The program is simple, straightforward, and there are no hidden fees,” stated Raj Patel, Founder at Kiotel.  “And we love the fact that BBH is already the IT network provider in hundreds of hotels, so the idea that BBH can simply add the kiosk to its secure network and support the kiosk components is a natural fit to provide economical, high-quality deployments.”
