Case Study: Enhancing Guest Experience with Bamboo ITV at Rusty Parrot Lodge & Spa

The Rusty Parrot Lodge & Spa is a premier, family-owned boutique hotel located in the heart of Jackson, Wyoming. Known for its luxury accommodations and personalized guest service, the Rusty Parrot is dedicated to providing a memorable experience that reflects the authentic spirit of the region. As a AAA Four Diamond property, the Rusty Parrot continuously strives to exceed guest expectations through innovation and superior hospitality.

The Rusty Parrot reopened its doors on July 1, 2024 following renovations stemming from a 2019 fire. As part of the rebuild the owners recognized the opportunity to upgrade their in-room entertainment system to keep up with evolving guest expectations and ensure a more personalized experience. The previous system lacked modern features, flexibility, and an easy-to-use interface, which occasionally led to guest dissatisfaction and negative feedback. The owners wanted a solution that was not only reliable but also allowed guests to enjoy the same level of entertainment they were accustomed to at home, including streaming services and personalized content.

To address these challenges, Rusty Parrot partnered with Broadband Hospitality to implement the BBH Bamboo ITV system with BBH’s Cast service. Bamboo ITV with BBH Cast offers a state-of-the-art in-room entertainment solution, providing guests with live TV, on-demand information and content, and the ability to stream their personal devices onto their guest room TV screen. With an intuitive interface and easy navigation, the system is designed to enhance guest satisfaction and integrate seamlessly with the property’s PMS and existing network infrastructure.
